SHIPPING COSTS
For standard deliveries up to an order value of €100.00, €5.99 will be charged.
From an order value of €100.00 – free shipping.
Express -Delivery €7.90.

DELIVERY TIMES
All orders will be shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of the order and payment.
The delivery time is:
1-4 working days for standard -Delivery.
1-2 working days for express delivery.

RETURNS
We offer you an unrestricted right of return up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Due to the nature of the lingerie, all returned products must be in perfect, unworn condition and have the original tag attached.
If you would like to return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@wellmanpremium.de. Include your order number, reason for return and whether you would like to return or exchange the product. Once we receive your email, we will provide you with the details of how to return the product.

When returning a product to us, please retain proof of postage as we will not be responsible for any lost goods. The buyer bears the costs for the exchange.

Hand in your return in one of around 14,000 ParcelShops throughout Germany. You can find a ParcelShop near you using the ParcelShop search.

To ensure that the return is free of charge for you, please be sure to stick the return package label from the invoice over the existing address label of your shipment.
