CARE INSTRUCTIONS
BonBon Lingerie products are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail so that you can enjoy a fantastic wearing experience. To give your lingerie the best possible care, we recommend hand washing each product in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent and then rinsing with cold water. Your lace lingerie will thank you for such careful treatment. If you still decide to machine wash the lingerie, then you should use a laundry bag. Washing machines often damage the structure of a bra and wash out the colors, causing your lingerie to lose its shine and original shape over time. So if you decide to use a washing machine, put your lingerie in a laundry bag and select a gentle washing program to avoid damage.
SHIPPING
We now ship to almost every country in the world. If applicable, duties and taxes will be included in the final price at check out and your order will be shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). For countries outside the EU, Canary Island, Ceuta and Melilla the orders will be shipped out DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). DDU indicates that the seller must cover any additional fees, including duties, import clearance, and any taxes.
Please note that shipping fee will be calculated at the checkout based on the shipping destination. We offer free shipping for UK from 50£ and in Germany on orders over 50€. The shipping is free from 150€ for countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Sweden. Rest for the world the sipping is free from 250€.

DELAYS
To avoid delays, please make sure the delivery address included in the order is correct. We always recommend that you check that the correct postcode, apartment number and other necessary information are provided so that the shipment will arrive on time without any obstacles. It is important to provide a telephone number so that the postal service provider can contact you if necessary. More than 95% of our international shipments arrive in less than 2 weeks, but it's worth noting that delivery can take up to 4 weeks under normal circumstances.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have done our best to make the return process as easy and fast for our customers as possible. The return process depends on your chosen shipping method.
We accept returns that have been issued within 14 days of the receipt of your order. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase agreement if the items have not been used or damaged (the items can be used for the purpose of familiarisation and their suitability tested). The items also must be returned with all original tags attached. BonBon Lingerie offers a FREE RETURN service for all shipping destinations in European Union.
Currently we do not offer size exchanges on the same product or for another product of equivalent price. If you wish to exchange your product, please return the unsuitable product and place a new order on our website. You will be issued a refund as soon as the return will be issued in our warehouse.
To return a product:
- Go to the BonBon Lingerie Returns portal. The link will be sent to you via email once your order has arrived. In the "Order number or courier tracking" field, be sure to add a "#" before your order number, for example "#1234".
- Pack the product so that it cannot be damaged during transport. We recommend returning the products in the original transport packaging.
- Return the package according to the instructions in the returns portal.
PS! Special care must be taken when returning push-up bras as improper packaging can cause permanent damage. Please make sure you do not fold the cups on push-up bras.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receipt onto the original method of payment. Shipping fees are not included in the refund.
