CARE INSTRUCTIONS
BonBon Lingerie products are crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail so that you can enjoy a fantastic wearing experience. To give your lingerie the best possible care, we recommend hand washing each product in lukewarm water with a gentle detergent and then rinsing with cold water. Your lace lingerie will thank you for such careful treatment. If you still decide to machine wash the lingerie, then you should use a laundry bag. Washing machines often damage the structure of a bra and wash out the colors, causing your lingerie to lose its shine and original shape over time. So if you decide to use a washing machine, put your lingerie in a laundry bag and select a gentle washing program to avoid damage.

We offer three different shipping methods.
- Standard shipping - 2.90€
- Express shipping - 5.90€
- International shipping - 12.90€.
For every order over €50, shipping within Germany is free.
SHIPPING TIME
All orders ship 1 to 2 business days after ordering, excluding holidays and weekends.
Your order will arrive within 3 to 5 working days.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We have made the return process for our customers as simple, effective and quick as possible. How exactly the return process depends on which shipping method you choose.
We accept all returns within 14 days of receiving the invoice for your order. You have the right to withdraw your purchase intentions if the goods have not been used or damaged (the goods may be tried on to compare sizes). The goods must also have the original label. BonBon Lingerie offers free exchanges.
If you want to exchange the product, please return the unsuitable product and place a new order via our website.
To exchange or return a product, please first fill out the return form that you received with your order. The product must then be packed in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport. We therefore recommend returning the goods in the original packaging.
P.S.: Particular care must be taken when returning push-up bras, as they can easily be permanently damaged if they are not packaged properly. Please ensure that the cups of the push-up bras are not folded.
REFUND
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the invoice from the original payment method. Shipping fees are not included in the refund.
